Pour over milk
Pour the shot over the milk and stir before drinking.
Fruit and matcha is a modern café drink, and a sweet one. The strawberries sit at the bottom, so stir before you drink or sip through the layers.
Make it yours
- Less sweet: skip the sugar if the strawberries are ripe.
- Other fruit: mango purée works the same way, about 20 g with 90 ml of milk.
