Coconut water matcha
Whisk 2.5 g of matcha with 30 ml of water at about 80 °C, fill a glass with ice and 150 ml of coconut water, then pour the matcha over it and stir.

Steps

Sift 2.5 g into the bowl
Through a fine sieve so nothing clumps.

Add 30 ml at 80 °C
Pour in a thin stream around the powder.

Whisk the shot
Fast W strokes until smooth.
Pour over coconut water
Fill a glass with ice and 150 ml of coconut water, pour the shot over it and stir.
Coconut water is lighter than milk and a little sweet, so this is a refreshing iced drink that still lets the matcha through.
